Who we are
White Ace AI is a UK-based business operating an AI Academy and an AI implementation specialist headhunting service. Our registered office and company number are available on request via info@whiteaceai.com. We are the controller of any personal data you give us through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. Specifically:
- Contact-form submissions. Your name, work email, company name, and the message you send us via the form on the For Business page.
- Direct emails. Anything you send to info@whiteaceai.com or one of our team.
- Server logs. Standard request logs from our hosting provider (Netlify), which may include your IP address, browser, and the pages you requested. These are used only to keep the site running and detect abuse.
We do not run analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or behavioural cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only to reply to your enquiry, schedule a call, or fulfil a service you have asked us about. If you become a client, we will use it to deliver the engagement and to manage the relationship.
We will never sell your information, and we will not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions and enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years after, in line with standard UK accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers strictly necessary to run the business — for example our email provider, our hosting provider, and our accountants. Each is bound by data-protection terms. A full sub-processor list is available on request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask for corrections, to ask for deletion, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@whiteaceai.com and we will reply within one calendar month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have mishandled your data.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare; these CDNs may set technical cookies strictly to deliver the fonts. No information is shared with us about your visit.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a month.
